Your pets will be having more fun than you are!

Values
  • Fun - We endeavour to provide a stimulating environment for the pets in our care. Four to six hours of playtime every day.

  • Safety - All our facilities are checked and cleaned daily to ensure a safe environment.

  • Health - All the animals in our care must produce proof of vaccination and be current with worming, tick, and flea treatments. If we identify any health concerns, we will attempt to contact you and organise a vet visit. Owners of elderly, immunocompromised, or otherwise infirmed pets must sign a vet admission waiver form to give us the discretion for taking them to the vet.

 

  • Community - We are providing a service that does not discriminate between gender, race, religion, economic/social class, and we welcome people who use our service while going on holiday, experiencing renovations, providing daycare for those who work. We work with adoption agencies to accommodate as an overflow when they are full. We love participating in social events in the community such as 'Dogs on the Green' & 'Paws at the Park'.

 

  • Sustainability - Both our resorts are outfitted with solar panels and utilise rainwater for cleaning.

Strategic Objectives
  • Grow to become busy all year long - To rely less on seasonal booms.

  • Provide exemplary service - Entertaining the pets while they are away from their families.

  • Capture more of the market - Increase loyal customer base with existing pet owners and attracting new pet owners.
